Why Your Reviews Matter To Us
Many small businesses, like ours, pride themselves on hearing positive feedback from their customers. We are no different. In this quick blog, I am going to explain why reviews and feedback are so valuable to businesses, for both operational and financial reasons.
1.) Better Service
If we get detailed feedback, such as someone telling us what it is they liked about our service, we know that we can double down on that aspect. The same is true with the opposite. If there is an area we can improve on, we now know this needs addressing.
2.) Help Us Get Found
This is a financial reason small businesses like positive reviews. With search engines, like Google and Bing, the more reviews there are for a small business, the more likely it is that their website is going to be ranked on the first page of the search results.
As you can imagine, this is so very valuable to all businesses. This also helps the customer; reviews are more important than ever, therefore a better service is a necessity for businesses to compete.

3.) We Like To Hear It
One major reason that we like to hear positive reviews so much is that we are a small family business and each member of our team works very hard. It is reassuring and fulfilling to hear that our customers like what we are doing.
We are very proud of the fact that so many new customers come from our existing customers. This tells us that we are doing something right.
